We have a dedicated group of hubs we call #trybes, where you can set weekly goals, share progress, and learn together at your own pace around a shared area of wellness - enjoy the journey together!

Monthly Wellness Spotlights

Each month we embark on a journey of learning, focusing on a different area of wellness. This allows us to get a holistic grasp of personal wellness over time, nudges us to expand beyond our comfort zones and exposes us to positive new habits we can try on for size - together, as a group!

Group Challenges

Each month, we publish 2 new group challenges around our Wellness Spotlight theme, curated and run by our TRYBE Coaches - who are community members themselves!. These are a community fave as they're a fun way to stay accountable, on track and supported, all you have to do is show up!

Productivity Flow Sessions

We hold virtual drop-in sessions solely focused on getting things done - work, play, chores, art - anything goes! We write down our goals, hit play on the music, and get to deep, focused work together. We regroup after the hour and bask in the glory of squeezing in a productive as heck hour into our  day.

Workshops

Our workshops are designed for learning and playing. We hold a monthly TRYBE-only workshop with subject matter experts to learn more about our Wellness Theme of the month. We also host monthly creative workshops that are fully run by our community members and open to the public to join.

Social Meetups

Every two weeks we have an informal social hangout over Google Meets. It's an opportunity to put faces to display names, meet some pets and just connect as humans - no agenda - just some pals across the world meeting up for some classic water cooler chat and a dose of technical issue hilarity :) 

Tools & Resources

You can always ask for help within the community, heck we even have a channel dedicated to it! But we also implement tools to provide more structure and support when you need it - anonymous messaging, weekly reminders and a library of community recommendations.

Peer Help

Sometimes you just need an outside perspective to help you see things in new ways, work through a challenge or to just listen. Let us know what you'd like help on, request a coaching circle and get some new perspectives from others in the community.

Access Special Programs

TRYBE occasionally offers specialized, in-depth programs beyond our group challenges that are meant to accelerate and deepen learning in a specific area. Space for these are limited and offered to TRYBE members before the general public...not to mention, Wellness Warriors get that sweet discount ;)​
